Complex Care Support Worker

We are seeking complex care support workers to assist our clients with challenging behaivour and learning disabilities to live independently within thier own homes. We have positions in Leicester City

• Building Relationships
• Personal Care
• Access to Community and Leisure Activities
• Meeting Nutritional Needs
• Maintaining Family/ Friends Relationships
• Promote Overall Health and Wellbeing
• Meeting Communication and Sensory Needs
• Support Attendence To Appointments
• Follow Care Plans And Activity Planners
• Support Development Of Care Plans
