We work alongside SEN schools, mainstream schools and residential settings, providing specialist staff who are highly experienced in supporting children and young adults with autism (ASC), severe learning difficulties (SLD), profound multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), social emotional mental health (SEMH), visually impaired (VI), hearing impaired (HI).

Managing Director
I'm John, the proud founder and managing director of SENCare, with over a decade of experience in education and medical recruitment. What drives me is my passion for providing exceptional staff to schools. I believe that the right people can make all the difference, and I am dedicated to helping individuals reach their goals through meaningful placements. Outside of work, I am first and foremost a family man. There's nothing more important to me than spending quality time with my loved ones and supporting the mighty hammers!
Joe Shergill
Medical Manager
I’m Joe, the medical manager here at SENCare. I have worked in the medical sector since 2011, having worked my way through from recruiter to managing, developing different teams, building new companies/desks and more importantly people! My previous background is in the fashion industry. I am a father of two, but on the weekend, I am their private uber driver, taking them on football trials and dance schools. When I do have any spare time, I love to watch my beloved Liverpool FC, home and away, and on the rare trips to Europe! As a family we also try to get away as much as possible but of course never turning off the work phone!!
Luke Bevan
Senior SEN Consultant
I am Luke and I am a Senior SEN Consultant here at SENCare Recruitment. It is my duty to go above and beyond for all existing clients to ensure professionalism and care towards all requirements whilst presenting a very bespoke approach to ensuring all clients and candidates are highly satisfied. I have 4 years’ experience in the recruitment sector and my previous background was in the sales industry. Goes by the motto ‘The comeback is always greater than the setback’ I am a big West Ham fan! I play competitive 11 a side football on Saturdays, whilst I still got it!! I like to regularly exercise and keep myself fit, letting out all endorphins in the gym 5/6 times a week. I also enjoy spending priceless memories with family and friends. I have also been informed that I am a ‘top notch geezer’.
