Complex Care Support Worker

We are seeking complex care support workers to assist our clients with challenging behaivour and learning disabilities to live independently within thier own homes. 

We offer clients support with:

• Building Relationships
• Personal Care
• Access to Community and Leisure Activities
• Meeting Nutritional Needs
• Maintaining Family/ Friends Relationships
• Promote Overall Health and Wellbeing
• Meeting Communication and Sensory Needs
• Support Attendence To Appointments
• Follow Care Plans And Activity Planners
• Support Development Of Care Plans

Our Successful Candidates will be:

• Offering support to ensure upmost quality of life and protection from harm and abuse
•  Full UK Drivers License and access to their own vehicle (essential)
